   I was working for Mercy Corps Ethiopia Highland Resilience Activity Project (HRA) Tigray field office as a Zonal Program Coordinator and I was responsible for
    Leads and coordinates the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the Highland Resilience Activity (HRA) at the Zonal level, ensuring high-quality and effective delivery of the program.
    Mentors and supports the Woreda Program Coordinators in implementing the program across the woredas, in close collaboration with the Regional Program Coordinator.
    Establishes and maintains partnerships with other implementing partners and the private sector at the Zonal level, to ensure synergy and alignment with the program’s overall approach.
    Lead the sequencing, layering and integration of HRA activities at the Zonal, woreda and kebele level, internally and with other partners.
    Monitoring and evaluating the zone-level “push-pull” interventions, as well as delivering timely and quality quarterly and annual project reports and documenting the impact of HRA activities.
    Works closely with all technical units to ensure that program activities meet the highest standards and are responsive and appropriate to the local context

   I was working for Regional Small Scale & Micro Irrigation Support Project (SMIS) as an Irrigated Agriculture Extension expert and I was responsible for
    Assist in strengthening the capacity of existing extension system in the field of irrigated agriculture
    Promoting research-extension-farmer linkages/public-private-partnership linkage
    Development of manuals and training materials on topics identified under the Capacity Development Plan
    Work closely with the extension experts of the Bureau of Agriculture, or any other relevant regional agency and the instructors of selected A-TVETs in improving irrigated extension delivery to farmers and training of extension staff through A-TVETs.
    Coordinating, implementing and monitoring of irrigated agricultural activities
    Organizing, facilitating and delivering of training related to irrigated agriculture extension to experts at all level and farmers so as to improve livelihoods of farm communities.

    Monitor and closely follow-up all short- and long-term training being undertaken from the region and provide any assistance required by the Woreda Office
