I am a highly accomplished finance professional with a Master of Science Degree in Accounting and Finance from Wollo University (September 2023) and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting and Finance from Mizan Tepi University (June 2017). Currently, I am pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the American College of Technology (ACT), with graduation classes in 2025. With over 7.5 years of diverse work experience, I have honed my expertise in both non-governmental business organizations (85% of my career) and governmental economic sectors (15%). My experience spans a wide range of responsibilities, including financial management, budgeting, taxation, resource utilization, and internal controls. I have consistently demonstrated my ability to perform fluently and effectively, adhering to governmental directives, regulations, and best practices.
I bring proficiency in various financial software, such as Peachtree, SAP, CRM, QuickBooks, and tools for E-Filing and E-Tax Reporting. My skills also extend to fund and not-for-profit accounting, investment policies, cost minimization, profit maximization, and the internal control of financial accounts.
